On Monday, the Philadelphia Flyers and New York Rangers faced off in one of the most anticipated annual sporting events in Bro culture: the  NHL Winter Classic. Before the game, the BroBible crew headed down to the legendary K Lot at Citizens Bank Park to setup a day chay of Winter Classic proportions with our friends at BlackBeard Spiced Rum. The festivities included an open bar of BlackBeard cocktails, a 150-lb. roast pig, hundreds of dogs and burgers, Natty, live TV, NHL 12 on XBOX, and a few special guests including WFAN's Craig Carton. The BroBible contingent clearly showed up to play, crushing through booze and food like Dave Schultz through opponents' faces in the early 70s. Check out all the pics after the jump.

The game, by the way, lived up to all the hype, coming down to a final seconds penalty shot by Flyers' alternate captain Danny Briere that could've taken the game to overtime. Instead, King Henrik turned away the attempt, sealing the W for the Rangers, who stood triumphant with a 3-2 comeback victory that put them firmly atop the Eastern Conference.
