On last night's episode of "Real Time with Bill Maher," Proposition 19, the pot legalization measure that Californians will vote on on Tuesday, was a major topic of discussion. In the middle of the conversation, guest Zach Galifianakis was talking about the "taboo" of smoking pot and promptly pulled out a joint, sparked it up, and started smoking it. He passed it to another guest who took a whiff and confirmed it was marijuana. Galifianakis kept on puffing until he shouted "Oh my God, look at those dragons!" Watch the funny clip after the jump.
