What do you get when you cross a sexual predator with a stupid criminal?
You get the above woman, Keri Gonzalez, of San Tan Valley, Arizona, who stands accused of sexual misconduct with a minor and has been found guilty of making my afternoon with her story.
According to police, Gonzalez snuck into the house of a 15-year-old boy whose mother she was close with. (Gonzalez is more than twice his age at 34.) The mother had already told Gonzalez to stay away from the house after she’d caught Gonzalez flirting with her son.
But a small warning like that couldn’t stop Gonzalez from getting a slice of sweet teenage boy. So on Jan. 21st she smuggled some booze into the boy’s room and the two of the began to do it. While the boy’s mother was home. They got away with the first sex session, but the second (apparently louder) go ’round awoke the mother from her slumber.
…the teen’s mother was sleeping on Jan. 21 when she heard “knocking sounds by the stairs and on the wall” … at about 2 a.m. She went to investigate and found her son’s bedroom door locked. When the teen opened it, his mother saw a naked woman crouching down on the floor between the bed and wall.
But since the mother knew Gonzalez, to avoid being detected, Gonzalez made the subtle move of jumping out the bedroom window.
The woman got dressed and jumped out of the bedroom window to the ground. The victim’s mother saw her limping as she walked away from the home.
A half-hour later, Gonzalez went back to the home and came clean to the boy’s mother.
About 30 minutes later, there was a knock on the woman’s door and she found Keri Gonzalez, …standing there. Gonzalez reported that she had broken her ankle when she jumped out of the window. She then left the residence.
Ummm… WHAT? Why in the world would you do that? I guess maybe so the boy would get in less trouble? That’s love, I think. But the mother was having none of this young Romeo, old Juliet tale, instead calling the police.
Gonzalez had a cast on her ankle when a deputy interviewed her two days later.
