watermelon

Ok, maybe Science didn’t say those exact words — because Science is a classy bitch who speaks like a lady — but a few scientific studies conducted by various science folk claim that watermelon juice can help alleviate crippling effects of erectile dysfunction. Apparently watermelon juice is money at helping your blood get where it needs to go.

According to Nerve:

Add another snack to the list of foods to eat before sex: according to two studies from the University of Florida and Italy’s University of Foggia, watermelon is so good for blood circulation that it can reduce hypertension and relieve erectile dysfunction. It has only 71 calories per serving, is high in vitamin C, and is packed with potassium.

I honestly don’t know what else to add here, except for maybe, “seek immediate medical attention if you experience an erection lasting more than 4 hours.”
