Video Proof Of Similarities Between Presidential Candidates Donald Trump And Kanye West

When Kanye West accepted the Video Vanguard Award at the MTV VMA’s on Sunday, the outlandish rapper had a lot to say. There was a plethora of “bruhs,” plenty of rambling and much talk about bashing an award show while accepting an award on said award show in his 12-minute weed-fueled rant. Near the end of this long-winded and torturous pontification, Kanye West finally said something noteworthy when he announced that he was running for President of the United States in 2020.

“And yes, as you probably could have guessed by this moment, I have decided in 2020 to run for president.”

While many are dismissing Kanye’s 2020 run for president, Jimmy Kimmel believes in Yeezy’s presidential aspirations, and even compared him to the most talked about politician in the 2016 race, Donald Trump.

While it sounds like a far-fetched idea, I’m sure at one point it would be shocking to discover that Donald Trump is the early leader of the deep pool of 2016 Republican nominees that features numerous career politicians.

KANYE2020 of course already has a bevy of different t-shirts.

Even God chimed in on the potential best presidential race ever, ever, ever.

Market research firm Echelon Insights delved into who would win an election between Trump and Kanye. The Donald leads in every age demographic, except for the 25-34 bracket, which voted in favor of West by an 8-point margin.

However in a poll by justice columnist Shaun King, Kanye dominated by getting 1,991 Retweets, to only 127 Favorites for Trump.

But Trump shouldn’t be so quick to lambaste Kanye because it turns out that the two eccentric men have a lot in common. On Monday’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, showed the eerie similarities between Kanye and Trump with a video.

Whether it’s their stance on marijuana, their cadence, anti-politician rhetoric, views on ratings or brands, there are some parallels.

But what if Trump made Kanye his vice president in 2016 to get him ready for 2020?
