I don’t know, man.
I know The Simpsons has an uncanny ability to predict the future — Ffom Donald Trump’s candidacy to the rise of Farmville — but I don’t know if they knew that one day a mutant, three-eyed fish would rise from the depths of the polluted Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn.
I’m not even sure it’s got three eyes. See for yourself, though.
A biology professor said the third-eye looked like “a piece of paper” stuck to the top of the fish’s head. That said, a three-eyed fish was caught in Canada last year.
Regardless, we can only hope this fisherman serves this catfish to Mayor de Blasio and he chokes on it. Now that would be a Simpsons prediction.
