Sure this is a little old, but what better way to get the day started than with some shark badassary? In an Australian Geographic TV doc*mentary, shark researcher Valerie Taylor somehow manages to tame and hand-feed an animal known colloquially around the world as "white death": The Great White Shark. Toward the end of the video, she even pets it like a puppy who just got done chasing a frisbee and now wants his tummy rubbed. As a YouTube commenter puts it, “holy crap it's the Shark Whisperer.” Surely Cesar Milan would be proud. But seriously, how is this lady not flirting with death? I mean, her face is literally one lunge away from being turned into hamburger and she just doesn't seem to have a care in the world. At one point in the film she exclaims, "I feel that the shark and I had an understanding." Yeah Valerie. You know who else thought he had an understanding with a beast-at-play? Grizzly Man. And look how being a "gentle warrior" turned out for him. Watch this awesome shark video below.
