Anyone who knows me well enough, offline, knows that (a. my real name isn't "Joe" and (b. for all sorts of reasons, I'm a rabid, bat-shit crazy freak about Hunter S. Thompson, his writing, his message (if you think he just wrote "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" about a Vegas drug binge, you're dead wrong) and all things generally lumped under the umbrella of "Gonzo." Hell, there will probably be a day when I pursue a postgrad degree dedicated to studying my socks off on The Good Doctor. The man was a warrior and a quintessential 20th century outlaw. "The highways are crowded with people who drive as if their sole purpose in getting behind the wheel is to avenge every wrong done them by man, beast or fate. The only thing that keeps them in line is their fear of death, jail and lawsuits."
