This past Thursday night on "Inside the NBA," Shaq said "I will pay one thousand dollars to anyone who gets a tattoo of that picture (Barkley kissing Dick Bavetta from 5 years ago). Tweet me the pics." Well, someone apparently took Shaq up on his offer. His name is Emmet Bentley and he evidently has no easier way to procure a thousand dollars. Of course Bentley could've staged this entire thing but if he didn't, hopefully Shaq pays up and doesn't just send this guy a signed copy of "Kazaam." Although, who needs cash when you've got that?
