How do we say this bluntly? Nevermind, we can't: Dumbass. This dude stole a women's iPhone on March 2 near the Grand Concourse in the Bronx. Then he posted a selfie to her Facebook page of him probably smoking pot. 

Wish there was a happier ending here, but the subject is still at large. Meanwhile, NYPD released the photo and it's going viral, so maybe someone will identify him soon. Hopefully when that happens, he's logged into his Facebook still on the stolen phone and sweet, sweet justice happens.
