Bro Might Go To Jail For Posting These Song Lyrics On His Facebook Page

It’s getting to the point where it’s just a smart idea to post NOTHING to your Facebook. Not photos, opinions, videos or even lyrics to your favorite song, because it’s going to piss someone off and you’re going to find yourself knee-deep in unnecessary bullshit.

James Evans, a 31-year-old from Kentucky, posted the lyrics from the song ‘Class Dismissed (A Hate Primer)’ by Exodus on his Facebook page. Someone reported that posting, and those lyrics, to the police and now Evans is faced with charges of making “terroristic threats.”

For those unfamiliar with the song — all assume that a nice large chunk of readers — here are the lyrics that got Evans in trouble:

“Student bodies lying dead in the halls, a blood splattered treatise of hate / Class dismissed is my hypothesis, gun fire ends in debate.”

Alright, probably not the smartest thing to post to Facebook without context, but Evans is now facing charges for a crime that could put him behind bars for 5-10 years.
