Gone are the days when you might find yourself at a frustrating loss for words when someone asks you for a definition of team work. While it’s one of the easiest terms in the English language to define, it’s also a pain when someone asks you to define something so simple.
Henceforth though when someone asks you to define ‘teamwork’ you won’t have to point at the wall to some cheesy motivational poster, you can just show them this video of for construction workers with sledgehammers pounding a stake into the ground in unison. It’s mesmerizing how fluidly the four work together, it’s truly the definition of teamwork:
