The Medical Cannab*s Cup, which we previously introduced you to, is coming to Los Angeles on February 11. And with this awesome event comes the presentation of the award for Stoner of the Year. This year’s recipient, who will join the elite ranks of Bill Murray, Seth Rogen, Snoop Dogg, and others, will be Wiz Khalifa, whose greatest stoner moments we've previously chronicled.
