Georgia Horrocks is parting with her most prized possession, her imaginary friend Bernard. The 22-year-old woman from London put Bernard up for auction on eBay over the weekend.
She’s got a valid reason — she’s nuts.
“I have recently come to the decision that it is time to sell my imaginary friend Bernard who was created during a time of emotional instability. My psychiatrist recommended that I say goodbye to Bernard, and although I would like some financial compensation it is more important that he finds a good home.”
Horrocks describes Bernard’s personality as “active” and “mischievous” and we’ll assume her personality is “insane” and she “needs meds.”
Of course, once she gets the £200 someone else will be even crazier.
