Only in Russia would you try to shoplift machetes, then use said machetes to try and duel the store’s security guard on your way out.
According to Daily Mail, the unnamed shoplifter was caught assaulting a security guard on camera around 2 a.m. in a 24-hour store in Petrozavodsk, Russia after the guard tried to prevent him from leaving the store. The two are seen wrestling across the ground and the shoplifter is eventually able to escape, however he was reportedly stopped by a patrolling police car and was arrested.
