You go to the bar to get completely plastered and the only thing that your body craves is a warm, gooey, carbohydratey slice of pizza. I get it. I’ve been there. I understand how glorious pizza can fulfill your hunger as well as prevent a wicked hangover. However no matter how desperate you are for a late night snack you can’t go bashing people’s faces in for pizza. That was the unfortunate scenario for Mark Sinclair who was ferociously attacked for his pizza. The 29-year-old Scottish lad was out with a friend indulging in some pints and stopped for a spicy chicken pizza when a drunk approached him and said, “Gimme a bit of your pizza.” That’s not particularly proper manners or especially hygienic, so Sinclair did not share his warm crusty goodness with the man. The stranger responded not by buying his own grub, but by going on a savage onslaught. Sinclair was absolutely brutalized with numerous kicks to the face and throat. After the violent barrage he suffered several severe bruises, torn ligaments in his knee and nerve damage in the back of his eye to the point that he could not remove his contact lens. The barbaric perpetrator escaped without being arrested. Sinclair posted photos of the vicious aftermath of the attack on his Facebook to help find the merciless culprit. Hopefully the authorities track down the animal that did this because nobody deserves to be ruthlessly battered to the point that they look like Quasimodo, even for yummy pizza.
