Breaking news out of Texas is that a Saudi Arabian citizen was arrested on terrorism suspicions. He was apparently trying to explode a weapon of mass destruction, and the target may have been former President George W. Bush. We'll update as the story develops.

UPDATE: The 20-year-old was trying to buy large quantities of chemicals; the owner of a chemical company near Lubbock, Texas, tipped off authorities when he came in looking to buy those chemicals. He was arrested last night and the FBI found writings in his home that indicated that he was planning for years to do some type of terrorism act in the U.S. perhaps targeting hydroelectric dams in the California and Colorado, military officers who served in the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, and the Dallas home of Bush.
