There really ain’t much to do in Russia, what with the snow and the cold and the crippling oppression of any self-expression by the government. So, for fun, you gotta light yourself on fire and jump off a building into a pile of snow to put out the flames.
This is the work of a Russian stuntman and although he survived the fall, he was later arrested for the performance, because that, too, is what you do in Russia.
