According to a vague study publshed on ChaCha.com, Italian reseachers have discovered that average penis size is 10 percent smaller than it was in 1950. The "scientists" say the increase in smaller male genitalia is due to "environmental pollutants in the air" along with "weight gain, particularly around the waist," and "Stress, smoking, and alcohol intake." On his radio show today, Rush Limbaugh had another reason for The Great Shrink: Feminazis. On the air, he pronounced "I don't buy this. I think it's feminism... Has to be the feminazis.
