Steve Noviello is a reporter for Fox 4 News in Dallas-Fort Worth who recently had his credit card information stolen. Lucky for Steve, said credit card stealer used the information to check into a North Texas Hilton, giving Steve time to alert the police as well as the hotel front desk of what was going on.
First off, what idiot uses a stolen credit card to check into a hotel and then actually stay there? Like if you’re gonna do it to create false trail to throw off the cops, by all means go do it. But if you’re gonna actually stay there? Really? Why don’t you just take a leisurely stroll into a police station and turn yourself in while you’re at it.
Also, she allegedly used the card to shop at Walmart. Ooooh, dream big! While we’re at it let’s go hit up the local Dollarama and see what’s on sale for 50 cents. No wait, it’s not our money so let’s splurge — $1.50 max though.
