Realtors Caught on Camera Using Client’s Home for Sexy Time

Yes, Lindsay and Phelen are being sued this week allegedly sabotaging sales of the Wayne, NJ home, so the agents could use it as a place to have sex. The two listed the vacant house far above market value, keeping buyers away while they got down at least 10 times over a two-year period.

The best part? Lindsay and Phelen did it all on camera. They were only caught when Sandra Weiner—finally—saw two strangers with flashlights on the home security system. From NJ.com:

Footage of all 10 visits, captured on security cameras, show Lindsay and Phelan engaging in sexual activity, according to the report.

During the last encounter on Jan. 23, the owner of the home saw them on a live feed and called police. When officers arrived to find Lindsay pulling up his pants, he told them he was preparing for an open house, according to the report.

Shockingly, the two agents are no longer employed by Coldwell Banker. (And cue that offer from Pornhub in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1…)
