While the Internet is great for say, watching videos of talking goats or for doing research on the term papers without ever stepping foot in a library, it’s also done one of the greatest disservices to the human race in recent memory:
It lets people talk…anonymously.
People suck. They suck. There’s no other way to put it. People are the worst things to ever walk on this fucking planet and I’m even counting mosquitos in that statement. Most people jump at the opportunity to hide behind a screen name and spew vitriol at anything within spitting distance, typing out “Ha ur fugly nd u fuking suk” into the comments section on any relatively well-known celebrity’s Instagram account. Why celebrities? Because they’re not going to respond – you can’t get in trouble with someone who considers you literally more irrelevant than Randy Jackson. See? I just did it too, although my real name is at the top of this so I’m not a giant pussy like 90% of the trolls on Nicki Minaj’s Instagram account.
Speaking of the trolls on Nicki’s account, she’s sick of them. Not every celebrity has the ability to take the constant onslaught of negativity pouring out at them just for the sake of being negative, and Nicki decided it was time to give the trolls a taste of their own medicine the only way she knew how – by posting their photos onto her account and calling them out.
While Nicki did go back and delete her posts, The Shade Room managed to grab a screenshot:
Yeah…none of those people should be throwing disses out. ESPECIALLY not onto Nicki Minaj.
I’m assuming there was backlash of some sort (I’m not going to look for it because I don’t care, I’m on Nicki’s side on this – if you can’t take it then don’t dish it out in the first place), which would be why Nicki had to take to Twitter to defend herself:
