If you're a resident of Manhattan, this is NOT a sight you want to see. High atop One57, a luxury condo building under construction at 157 West 57, this high-rise crane looks like it's just a few strong gusts of wind away from collapsing on the street below. Over 90-stories high, One57 is one the highest residential buildings in New York and already claims condo ownership from quite a few billionaires. In fact, the most expensive apartment in New York history just sold there for $90 million dollars. The streets and area around the building are being evacuated. Scary stuff. Keep your head up and stay safe.
