A Central Arkansas news team was in Benton this weekend to film a story about a house damaged by a fallen tree, when 22-year-old Nathaniel Koba walked out of the woods. Mr. Koba interrupted the filming, see, because he was high on an as-yet unknown drug—and completely naked.

"What is this out there that we got?" homeowner John Manassel says on the video. "I oughtta go out there and start an ass kicking contest."

Koba was booked on charges of indecent exposure and public intoxication.

We have never been to Arkansas, so we have to ask: Is this behavior normal? Any Arkansas Bros out there want to help us out?
