Burger Porn: 19 Mouth Watering Pics From Amstel Light’s Battle Of The Burgers NYC Will Make You Crave Beef

Last night I set an eating goal for myself at the 3rd Annual Battle of the Burgers NYC presented by Amstel Light, I wanted to eat 23 sliders. I set my number at 23 because 24 sliders just seemed excessive, and 22 didn’t seem like enough. After my first dozen I realized I was not going to make it to 23, and had to settle for eating the very best that the #BurgerBattle had to offer.

The event took place outdoors down in Manhattan’s South Street Seaport district, and it brought together all of New York City’s finest burger makers in competition, with the winner being named as the best burger in all of NYC. The ‘Standard Burger’ from Staten Island took home the top prize, with over 2,000 votes casted for their burger. Everyone in attendance was given a chip to vote for his/her favorite burger, and as “the Standard Burger was recently featured on CNBC’s The Profit in June, and since millionaire Marcus Lemonis invested in the business, the company has quickly turned around, winning last night’s competition amongst other burger champs like JG Melon, Emily and 21 Club.” My own favorite burger was from American Cut, followed closely by Black Tap and Emily (JG Melon was my 4th place burger).

So I thought I’d share some pictures of the burgers from last night’s Battle of the Burgers NYC presented by Amstel Light with you bros and get your mouths watering for some delicious beef. I’m guessing there’s a 90% chance you have burgers for lunch and/or dinner after checking out these pics.
