It's poutine, the Canadian delicacy, dished out in a fast and conveniently consumable form by slow food auteur McDonald's. That means this dish consists of McDonald's french fries (delicious!) with McDonald's industrially-processed gravy (less so!) and whatever blend of chemicals the Canadian version of the FDA allowed them to pass off as cheese curds.
Ewww. Ew. And lest you think this is some merry Twitter prankster attempting to fool us all, McDonald's themselves boasted of the culinary achievement on Twitter.
