Another day, another guy hopped up on synthetic drugs wandering the streets eating living mammals. This time, though, he set his sights on a dog, long known as nature’s most obedient and loyal meat.

Michael Terron Daniel chased his Waco, Texas neighbor, growling and barking. He then began attacking and trying to eat the man’s dog.

During the attack, Daniel is alleged to have beaten, strangled and began to bite into a medium-sized dog.  Daniel told paramedics on the scene that he was "on a bad trip" from ingesting the synthetic form of marijuana known as K-2, KWTX reported.

Great. It's not enough we have to worry about the safety of our human loved ones. Now we've got to worry about our best friends in the animal kingdom.
