Props to Freetail Brewing Co. for being awesome. The San Antonio-based brewing company got a rather abrupt Cease & Desist notice recently over the name HOPASAURUS REX, which it uses to describe a process of brewing, but which Oregon-based Steelhead Brewing Co. uses as the name of one of its beers. Freetail's response to Steelhead's lawyers about the potential trademark infringement is priceless, and the portrait of the T-Rex at the bottom adds to the hilarity.
