TMZ acquired the video four years ago, but did not post it then in deference to Bieber’s age. (Has he been around for FOUR years? Shit.)
A British tabloid leaked it, though, and now we all get to marvel in how obtuse, dense and dumb Justin Bieber is. I imagine not much has changed since this.
