I can’t relate to this video whatsoever except from my times playing Call Of Duty, which isn’t at all like this because after taking a headshot I can just respawn and then tell my killer that I banged his mom last night. Some of the most hated players in CoD are snipers. They find a nice safe nest and pick off players running around the screen, at least until someone finds their hiding place and slashes them from behind. However this young Iraqi soldier can’t wait it out until a teammate finds the sniper and disposes of him, he had to make his own escape and he did it brilliantly.
The LiveLeak video claims that this one-sided gunfight went down in Syria. The Iraqi soldier was pinned down behind a rock because a sniper had his sights on him. Any move he made was followed by a whizzing bullet. So instead of chancing it, the soldier made a perfect decoy.
He wrapped a cloth around a stick and then put his hat on top to make it appear like it was his head. He safely poked the fake head over the rock and the sniper fell for the bait. A shot was fired, and the soldier ran like Hell to escape the open area where he could have easily been gunned down.
Hopefully the next Call Of Duty has this option to counter shitty snipers.
