Back in August, we brought you the enchanting tale of two female prison guards who had sex with a male criminal. Jill Curry, 38, and Brett Robinson, 32, would free Jeng-Li Delgado-Galban, 25, from his cell and bring him to a supply closet where they separately made sweet forbidden and really illegal love to the felon. These sexual liaisons happened on more than a dozen times.
Robinson was caught a month after Curry was arrested for banging the same inmate. Both guards were fired from the maximum security facility. Brett faces six charges of sexual misconduct as well as one charge of having a man’s name.
Last March, Curry pleaded guilty to 28 counts, including first and second-degree custodial sexual misconduct. She was sentenced to four years and two months for her criminal fling. At the time, Curry was married and had kids with a sheriff’s deputy. Not surprisingly the couple has since divorced. “I feel nothing but regret and sadness, and I’m so sorry,” she said through tears.
Despite all of the punishments handed out, there is one shocking development, the charming prisoner is now suing the pants off the county for sexual harassment. Wait. What?
He has flipped the script and is claiming damages from the storage closet boning:
“These actions violated the Eighth Amendment to United States Constitution’s prohibition of sexual harassment and abuse of an inmate by corrections personnel.”
In addition to the claim of sexual abuse, he has also complained about the poor quality of food. Talk about high fucking maintenance. This guy’s getting free food and poon and he’s still complaining!
Delgado-Galban is a man who knows a thing or two about sexual harassment, he was arrested for sexual harassment in 2009. He allegedly broke into a woman’s apartment in Hillsboro, Oregon and raped her. He later agreed to a plea deal, as part of which he admitted to one count of burglary with the intent to commit rape in exchange for having the rape charges dropped. He was charged with tampering with a witness, failure to register as a sex offender, false swearing, harassment, second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
However the prisoner of love’s case might have a hard time getting any traction. He apparently sent Robinson a love letter that said:
“Hi Baby, I am hoping this letter will better convey the love I feel deep inside for you. .You are a constant presence in my thoughts, fantasies, and dreams, and I feel this pervasive emptiness without you by my side. It makes it hard to go about my normal daily activities when all I do is miss you. You are my everything, Baby – I could not envision my life without you in it.”
His love affair with Robinson began on his birthday in March when he asked her for a b-day kiss. She released him from his cell, and invited him into the control room. “He kissed me so passionately, I was taken aback,” said Robinson. Allegedly Delgado-Galban grabbed a blanket and told Robisnon, “I was hoping we could go farther.” Robinson alleges that the inmate said, ”’We don’t have time to discuss this,’ so I had sex with him.” The steamy couple had sexual encounters on several more occasions.
However the storybook romance deteriorated when Robinson heard that her knight in shining jail bars had passed a sexually explicit note to a nurse and forced himself on a female inmate, pinning her against the wall and kissing her. Keep your chin up Brett, like British poet Lord Alfred Tennyson once said, “Tis better to have loved and lost in a janitorial closet by a convicted rapist, than never to have loved at all in a janitorial closet by a convicted rapist.” I think that’s how it goes.
