Have you taken a look at Facebook's stock price lately? It ain't pretty, closing today down 28% and change from it's IPO price. The outlook is grim. So what happens if Facebook attempts to reverse the freefall by introducing premium, pay-to-play accounts? That ain't going to happen anytime soon, but the folks at Jest imgained this doomsday scenario. A mandatory pull-quote from the spoof: "With Facebook Pro, we'd allow you to see who's viewed your page and for how long." Gulp. That concept alone would spell certain death for 90% of Facebook's user base. Seriously, watch this.
