In New Orleans right now, thousands of Super Bowl ticket-holders, NFL insiders, and people just there for the spectacle have descended upon the fair Southern city to visit its graveyards, its gumbo and po-boy restaurants, and Roger Goodell voodoo shops. Many—if not most—of these people will spend a large amount of time drunk on Bourbon Street.
