Back in August, Brandon brought you the miserable news that professional competitive eater, fitness athlete and vlogger Furious Pete’s cancer had returned and spread into his lymph nodes. To battle the disease he chose radiation over chemotherapy. After four weeks of radiation, he finally has some fantastic news to share.
Pete got his blood work done on Tuesday, and the results were awesome! His HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) levels have plummeted and that is a very, very good thing. We wish nothing but the best to Furious Pete, and hopefully this is the beginning of his new cancer-free life.. And one more thing, fuck cancer.
