Another day, another story touting the virtues of fake breasts. A 41-year-old Florida woman who was stabbed in the chest with a pocket knife is alive today because of her implants, according to doctors.

There was apparently enough saline to stop the knife from piercing her chest. The unnamed woman was attacked by her ex-fiance's girlfriend. She had the $6,000 procedure three months ago. Money well spent.
