Ex-Ravens Cheerleader Molly Shattuck Sentenced To 48 Weeks In Prison For Having Sex With 15-Year-Old Kid

In November of 2014, we brought you the story of ex-Balitmore Ravens cheerleader, Molly Shattuck, who was charged with two counts of third degree rape during an encounter with a 15 year-old boy she reportedly spotted on Instagram.

Shattuck allegedly first got physical with him in the back seat of her car in a middle school parking lot, and then performed oral sex on him twice while he stopped by the beach house she was staying at with her own children.

As details of the encounters began to be made public, the story read a lot like a hyper-dramactic Lifetime movie, with a hefty dose of bizarre underlying storylines–namely, the catalyst who linked the two being Shattuck’s own son.

From Doug’s original post in November:

The relationship began at the end of May when Shattuck spotted photos of the teen on Instagram and posted a comment about them, according to information contained in an application for a search warrant.

After the victim replied thank you in a private message through Instagram, Shattuck’s son sent the victim his mother’s cell phone number, saying, “You should text my Mom, she is obsessed with you,” according to court records.

Well, texts tranformed into Stattuck picking up the teen from summer school five to six times a week where they would talk and eat and then get in the back of the car to kiss or make out, before upping the ante at Shattuck’s beach house.

In the latest news, the case against Shattuck has closed, and the court determined she should spend 48 weeks behind bars.

NBC News reports,

In a Delaware courtroom, Shattuck tearfully expressed remorse and apologized to the 15-year-old victim and his family. Shattuck’s defense lawyers blamed her ex-husband leaving her for a younger woman as the reason she turned to the teen for her crime.

Shattuck will serve her sentence over two years. She cried throughout the sentencing hearing with her family in the courtroom. Before the hearing, Shattuck could be seen praying.

It’s taking every fiber of my being to view this as a sex crime and not a “HOLY SHIT I WISH THAT WAS ME” situation. I’ll keep my thoughts, and fantasies, to myself.

Here’s a chopped up clip of Shattuck in her cheerleading days. Hot as a pistol.
