Your Ex-Girlfriend Most Likely Waited THIS Long Before Sleeping With A New Guy According To This Survey

No one likes the thought of a recent ex-girlfriend sleeping with someone else, but just as Amber Rose is guaranteed to post at least one semi-nude photo to Instagram a week your ex is guaranteed to sleep with someone else at some point…unless they died (happy thoughts). But how soon after the two of you broke up is your girl shackin’ up with someone else? A week? Two weeks? 45 minutes? The possibilities are endless, but luckily we have science-survey-thing-maybe-not-scientific-survey of 2,225 people from the sex toy company Lovehoney. According to the survey via Mirror,

Women wait three weeks and until the fifth date before having sex in a new relationship, a survey reveals.

They typically wait between two and three weeks before sleeping with a partner for the first time, with 32% waiting until the fifth date.

Women are also shown to be a bit more coy when it comes to having sex on the first date, with only 15% saying they would go for it, compared to 26% of men.

Even fewer women would take the plunge on the second date, with just 13% saying they would go the whole way, compared to 16% of men.

While women appear to be more conservative than men on dates when it comes to sex, the survey suggests that men are much more open when it comes to proclaiming love for their partner. 25% of men mention “love” within the first month of dating compared to only 16% of women, and women tend to wait until the their fourth month of dating before telling someone flat-out that they “love” them whereas men appear to only wait until the second month (only 21% of women say it within the second month).

But that doesn’t necessarily mean you aren’t still a pussy for throwing out “I love you” within 2 months of dating. Who does that? Grow a spine.
