This dog just had minor surgery and was given some pain meds at have rendered him catatonic! Sorry. Dogatonic!
Either the meds, or the plastic collar, are keeping this pooch from moving at all. We’ve all been there buddy. Either from too many cocktails or too many happy fun drugs.
“Chris, come in here!”
“I can’t!”
“Why?”
“I can’t bro! My legs won’t let me!”
