Here is the Stray Dog That Looks Like Vladimir Putin:
He's a terrier-German shepherd mix who was found by a Ukranian man on the streets of Kiev. It's unknown if the Russian government has any nefarious plans for him. He still, apparently, lives in Kiev. Those eyes, man.
In other news, Putin just announced his involvement in an upcoming children's book series. Very exciting stuff.
