In December, Dan Bilzerian was arrested on felony explosives charges after allegedly blowing up his own tractor-trailer with a shotgun and a homemade bomb near Las Vegas, which have a maximum penalty of $10,000 and 12 years in prison. However the millionaire playboy’s legal team of mega-lawyers David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld got the charges reduced. The gun and fake tit aficionado was cleared of the felony charges after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor of failing to extinguish a fire in the open, paid the $10,000 fine and agreed to star in a public service announcement.
Bilzerian will record a PSA for the U.S. Bureau of Land Management about “what not to do on public land.” I imagine it will have a message of don’t blow up 90 lbs of explosive powder that’s packed into a cooler, don’t throw porn stars off a roof and don’t kick women in nightclubs.
The professional playboy also got into some Twitter beef with famous blogger Nik Richie of The Dirty.
