Cool Dad Hilariously Trolls Kids’ Teachers When Forced To Write Notes On Why They’re Late For School

My father did not accept tardiness. He once made me go to school when I had debilitating diarrhea. He was a dick like that. But we live in a new day and age where discipline is dead and children’s opinions and excuses are valid and ice cream is bought for the losers. Is this how I plan on raising my children? No. I’ll probably just send monthly child support checks and reconnect with one of them if they turn out to be a successful athlete. Kidding. Kinda.

But to each his own. And a Utah father named Seth King has an interesting way of getting his children Carson, Sophia, Nolan and Liam out of a pickle. Apparently, they are constantly late for school and the teacher requires a note from parents indicate the reason for the tardiness.

Seth evidently does not respect the authority and began trolling the shit out the teacher and posting his whacky late notes to his Instagram. Some of the best are posted below.

Matt’s love of writing was born during a sixth grade assembly when it was announced that his essay titled “Why Drugs Are Bad” had taken first prize in D.A.R.E.’s grade-wide contest. The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
