Perhaps the greatest experience of my life was watching as a pride of lions stalked and killed an impala while on safari a few years back. As awesome as that scene was, it pales in comparison to the intensity of this crocodile vs. lion altercation.
It looks like the croc tried to encroach in a delicious dead hippopotamus and the felines didn’t particularly care for that.
Two rounds of vicious fighting ensued and much blood was lost.
Just another day out on the savannah but, to be fair, probably the last day for the crocodile.
