It took this New York City chef three months to fart on every single one of his 37 employees. That right there, people, is what we call dedication to your craft.  

Here's a link to the original Craigslist post, which is destine for Best of Craigslist treatment sometime in the near future. Is it real? No idea, but it's one hell of a good read. 37 employees is a pretty sizeable West Village restaurant, so if it is, the place is definitely on the large side. As I said on Twitter:

Yep, new rule of thumb: ALWAYS avoid the eating in the West Village. I'm not a big fan of eating on top of people anyway, let alone basking in the chef/owner's flatulence. But hey! at least it makes the food taste better...
