Adam Fleischman, founder of Umami Burger, is behind the “chocolate/chicken hybrid” called ChocoChicken. The restaurant will serve up chocolate-flavored fried chicken as well as homemade biscuits, beer, wine and any other drink needed to make chocolate chicken palatable.
Now, the chicken isn’t dipped in fudge, the chocolate is in the fry batter. Fleischman thinks the combination will be a hit as he’s searching for new food with a specific “crack factor.”
Eh, let him try, it’s not my seed money. All my money is invested in a product with real potential — actual crack.
