That up there is Scotty’s wife, Amy, reacting with a mix of shame, revulsion, and delight at her husband’s costume.
They were going as ‘The Wizard of Oz’ and, instead of dressing up as the Tin Man, or the Scarecrow, Scotty went as… well, you’ll see.
