On the 3rd, prison guards assigned to watch Castro failed to complete their required monitoring rounds and falsified records of those rounds. They also never included the kind of vital little tidbit that Castro was found dead with his pants and underwear around his ankles, consistent with someone who commits autoerotic asphyxiation, not suicide. And, despite being on Lorain Correctional Institution's mental health watch since his arrival at the prison, Castro was never once considered suicidal. Now was he mentally fucked up enough to choke himself for sexual pleasure? That wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility.
(On a different note: Why don't more people lie and say it was autoerotic asphyxiation whenever horrible people are found dead? “Reports coming in from Berlin today that German chancellor Adolf Hitler was found dead in a pile of his own semen. He, quite literally, jerked himself into hell.”)
