Say hello to the drink that will lead off countless 11 p.m. news broadcasts after 9th-graders get their hands on it. It's called "Air," a malt beverage with 4% alcohol that says it's odorless, colorless, and tastes just like water. In other words, it's the drink for people who don't like drinking. Wonder who that will appeal to!
The drink also comes in berry and citrus flavors, which kind of diminishes the meaning of the "tasteless" marketing push by the company, and it's set to cost $1.74 per can and $6.99 for four bottles. If you want the next Zima in your city, though, you might be out of luck: Plans are for it to only retail in San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas.
