When purchasing a commercial property, you should consider location, location, and of course the amount of gigantic weed plants growing inside of it. For the potential buyer using that method, I have just the place for you; well not anymore since it was raided on Tuesday.
Police raided a five-story commercial building in the Bronx and found nearly 600 weed plants, some as tall as seven feet, growing inside. Three men were arrested in connection with the operation. Police were first tipped off a year ago and once they noticed the high electricity bill, they put the place under surveillance.
The police say the huge grow-op was producing 50 pounds a month. Obviously police like to inflate those numbers but based on the ridiculous amount of plants in that place, it might actually be kind of close. The neighbors said they had no idea that anything was going on. They must be masters of concealing smell.
