Soap opera stars in the U.S. just aren't the same as they are in other countries. Our Top 50 Hottest Colombians list was stock full of telenovella babes, and over in the U.K., you can't win a Soap Opera Award unless you've had a boob job. Well, at least it worked for Gemma Merna, who got her b**bs at the age of 21, stars on the British daytime drama "Hollyoaks," and won Best Comedy Performance at the 2007 awards.
