The Top 10 Smartest Tempe12 Models

I have fond memories of the first time I picked up a Tempe12 calendar. I was about seven beers deep on a quiet week night during my senior year at Penn State when I started flipping through the pages of the calendar in a sandwich shop shortly after midnight in downtown State College. At the time, the glossy snapshots of Melanie Collins, a fellow Nittany Lion classmate who's now a sideline reporter for the Big 10 Network, posing in an aquamarine bikini for the 2007-2008 calendar was a sight for sore eyes. By the weekend, the calendar was tacked to a wall in the kitchen of my apartment, where it remained until graduation.

Over the last few years, the Tempe 12 calendar has exploded beyond Arizona State University and the Pac 10 to other big college towns as a must-grab freebie at local sub and pizza spots. According to the organization's Facebook page, models for the Tempe 12 calendar must distinguish themselves as sexy and smart with a minimum GPA of 3.0. The verdict's out on whether or not they'd be able to pass muster as Girls to Bring Home to Mom. That said, we got in touch with the company and asked them to tell us which of the calendar girls were the brightest and hottest smoke shows to ever appear in their annual calendar. Here are the 10 girls, ranked by their collegiate GPA, according to Tempe12...
